Delivery Service
We set it up; you take care of the rest. We will deliver the food to you in ready to serve aluminum pans. All packaging is disposable. A Flat fee of $35.00 for delivery in Central Florida will be charged.
Full Service Catering
Don’t want to lift a finger? Let our professional catering staff do all the work for you. We will arrive on site with the extreme party smoker, cook the meats on site, serve and maintain the buffet line during the designated serving time and clean up when it’s over. We provide serving tables, linens and disposable dinnerware, food is served from metal chafing pans. There is an 18% service charge for this option ($150.00 minimum for this option).
