Peach Velvet

1-1/2oz. peach brandy
1/2oz. white crème de cacao
1/2oz. heavy cream

1. Fill blender with 4 oz. cracked ice
2. Add peach brandy, white crème de cacao and heavy cream
3. Blend at medium speed for 10 seconds, or until smooth
4. Pour into a rocks glass
5. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach
