Live Bait’s Blue Bijou

1-1/4 oz. light rum
1 oz. blue curacao
3 oz. orange juice
3 oz. pineapple juice
3 to 4 drops Rose’s lime juice

1. In blender, combine light rum, blue curacao, orange juice, pineapple juice and Rose’s lime juice with 3 oz. cracked ice
2. Blend until well mixed
3. Pour into a goblet or Collins glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple chunk
