Frozen Mint Julep

2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sugar syrup
5 or 6 small mint leaves

1. combine bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and mint leaves in a glass
2. Pour mixture into a blender
3. Add 6oz.crushed ice
4. Blend at high speed for 15 or 20 seconds
5. Pour into a chilled highball glass
6. Garnish with a mint sprig
