Frozen Daiquiri

2 oz. light rum
1-1/2oz. limejuice
1 tsp. sugar
1. Fill blender with approximately 4 oz. crushed ice
2. Add rum, limejuice and sugar
3. Blend at low speed for several seconds, until snowy in texture
4. Pour into a champagne saucer
