Dominican Coco Loco

1-1/2 oz. light rum
1/2 oz. amaretto
1 tsp. grenadine
1/2 oz. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 oz. coconut cream several dashes milk

1. In blender, combine all ingredients with 3 oz. crushed ice
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into a goblet or large wineglass
4. Garnish with a pineapple slice
